Due to the many challenges and restrictions of 2020, we’ve had to get a bit creative with our vacation time and travel plans. With this, Jordan and I recently took the opportunity to explore a destination closer to home that we may not have necessarily explored otherwise — Manitoulin Island.
I’m just going to say it out right: WINTERS IN CANADA CAN BE ROUGH. But, the particularly rough part about winter here, is the period between January and March. The hype around Christmas and NYE has passed, and we pray for a groundhog to tell us that there won’t be “6 more weeks of winter” (though, spring always seems an eternity away, no matter what Sir Willie might say…).
